Shipping Policy

We strive to provide you our product at the best and freshness quality at all time so please read carefully about our shipping policy.

Minimum Order

$ 110 or more

Home Delivery

We deliver to the Sydney Metro and 20km Radius from Sydney Fish Market only.

A flat delivery fee of $10.00 applies, this will be added to your total during checkout.

All orders must be placed before 6am for Same Day Delivery. Additional fees apply for deliveries over 20 kms, please kindly check with us if you are located outside our delivery zone.

* No Sunday Delivery / Pick Up.

PICK UP

We also provide a Free Pick Up option at our branch.

For Same Day Pick Up Order, Order must be placed before 6am.

You will receive an email notification from us when your order is ready. Once you have received the notification, please bring it with you to the Pick Up Point you choose to prove your identification.

Pick Up Points

No Sunday Pick Up / Delivery.

Note :

For all pick up order at our branch, order will be cancelled automatically if you do not pick up the orders within 1 weeks from your first arranged pick up date. A $15.00 will be charged for administration fee. Hence, please do contact us if you cannot pick up your order on your pick up date.

Refund Policy

At Pure Pantry & Care, we are committed to providing high-quality, fresh, and safe postpartum meals and wellness products. Due to the perishable nature of food, we maintain a strict return and refund policy.

Fresh & Frozen Confinement Meals

Once meals have been prepared and delivered, no refunds or returns are accepted for food safety and hygiene reasons.
All confinement meal orders must be accepted and signed for in person. This ensures the meals are kept at the appropriate temperature and promptly placed in the refrigerator after delivery.
If your delivery arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours after receiving the items with clear photos. We will review the issue and respond appropriately.

Non-Perishable Products (Herbal Teas, Bath Packs, etc.)

Unopened and unused non-perishable items may be returned.
Products must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund.

Cancellations

You may request to cancel or modify your order before preparation begins.
For medical-related cancellations, please contact us as soon as possible. We will handle each case with care and understanding.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind after meals have been prepared or delivered.
Change of mind returns for non-perishable items may be accepted, subject to inspection.

How to Request a Refund or Return

Please contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order number and reason for the request.
For damaged or incorrect deliveries, please attach supporting photos.

We appreciate your understanding and will always aim to resolve any issues fairly and promptly.
