We reserve the right to change prices and refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

We deliver across Australia (selected areas only for fresh meals).
Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
Fresh and frozen meals are delivered in insulated packaging. You must store them immediately in the refrigerator or freezer upon delivery.
We are not responsible for any loss or spoilage after delivery.
4. Cancellations, Changes & Refunds
You may cancel or modify your order at least 4 business days before the scheduled delivery date.
Due to food safety and hygiene reasons, no refunds or returns are accepted once meals have been prepared or delivered, except in cases of manufacturing defects or delivery damage.
For medical-related cancellations, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review each case with care and understanding.
5. Health & Allergy Disclaimer
Our products are traditional postpartum foods made with natural ingredients. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
Results may vary.
We recommend consulting your doctor, midwife, or healthcare professional before consuming our products, especially if you are breastfeeding, have allergies, or have existing medical conditions.
Our meals and herbal products may contain common allergens such as peanuts, tree nuts, gluten, soy, sesame, and others. While we take great care, we cannot guarantee they are completely allergen-free.
