我們致力於為您提供最新鮮、品質最佳的產品,請仔細閱讀以下配送政策。
最低訂單金額
最低訂單金額為 $110 或以上。
到府配送(Home Delivery)
我們目前僅提供配送至 雪梨市區(Sydney Metro)及距離 Sydney Fish Market 20 公里範圍內地區。
所有訂單將收取 $10.00 固定配送費,該費用將於結帳時自動加入訂單總額。
所有訂單需於 早上 6 點前下單,方可享有當日配送服務。
若配送地址超出 20 公里範圍,將可能產生額外費用,請事先與我們確認配送可行性。
恕不提供星期日配送服務。
自取服務(Pick Up)
我們同時提供 免費自取服務,可於指定門市領取。
如需當日自取,請務必於 早上 6 點前完成下單。
當您的訂單準備完成後,您將收到電子郵件通知。請於前往自取地點時出示通知信件,以供身份確認。

注意事項
所有自取訂單若自首次安排取貨日起 超過 1 週未領取,系統將自動取消訂單,並收取 $15.00 行政處理費。
如您無法於指定日期取貨,請務必提前與我們聯繫以便安排調整。
Refund Policy
We strive to provide our best quality of food and customer service. In the event of any issues, we aim to resolve these in a reasonable, orderly and efficient manner
Products sold by Day Day Fresh Home Delivery are available for inspection prior to purchasing. We are not required to provide a refund or return if the consumer changes their mind.
Delivery Orders :

For all delivery orders of Fresh Produce, please kindly inspect the fresh produce quality when signing off from our delivery driver.
Special consideration may be considered under certain circumstances. Day Day Fresh Home Delivery must be notified within 24 hours of purchase, if the customer has the intention of making this request.
Eligibility for return/refund will require that the goods must be unused and in the same condition as when purchased.
If there are any issues or concerns with the product, please get in touch with us by via e-mail daydayfreshhomedelivery@gmail.com and we will attend to it promptly.
In the event that a return/refund is accepted, Goods must be returned within a 24-hour time period.
To complete your return, we require a valid and in-tact receipt or proof of purchase. If you fail to do so, then we may reject or deny your claim
Your purchase of Goods will be subject to certain laws including, without limitation, the Australian Consumer Law. The Australian Consumer Law provides you with certain rights that cannot be excluded, including that the Goods must be of acceptable quality, reasonably fit for the purpose that Day Day Fresh Home Delivery represents they will be fit for, and that the Goods will correspond with any relevant description.
Cancellation Policy
For cancelling order before pick up or dispatch, $15.00 will be charged for administration fee.
For home delivery, cancelling order after dispatch will not be accepted.
For all pick up order at our branch, order will be cancelled automatically if you do not pick up the orders within 1 weeks from your pick up date. A $15.00 will be charged for administration fee. Hence, please do contact us if you cannot pick up your order on your pick up date.
