1. Complete full payment between July 1 – July 14, 2026.
2. Provide your Estimated Due Date (EDD) at the time of payment – your promotional spot (first 5 per month) will be reserved based on your EDD month.
3. Notify us of your actual delivery date within 48 hours of giving birth, so we can confirm your precise service start date.

 

By completing payment for this promotion, the client acknowledges and agrees to all the following terms:

1. EDD Submission & Spot Reservation

• Upon full payment, clients must provide their Estimated Due Date (EDD). The promotional spot (first 5 per month) will be reserved based on the month of the EDD (e.g., if EDD is in August, the client occupies one of the 5 August slots).
• The actual 30-day meal service will commence based on the actual delivery date – typically starting from the day of hospital discharge (or the date requested by the client post-delivery).
• Clients must notify us of the actual delivery date within 48 hours of giving birth to confirm the precise start date. Failure to notify us within this timeframe may result in delayed service commencement or forfeiture of the reserved slot.
• Early / Late Delivery Buffer: If the actual delivery date deviates from the EDD by more than 14 days (early or late), we will make our best effort to accommodate the new month, subject to spot availability. If no spot is available in the new month, the client may choose to: (a) convert to a standard-priced package (paying the price difference), or (b) forfeit the order under our non-refundable policy. We will not penalize clients for deliveries within the 14-day buffer window.
• The EDD provided at the time of payment is considered final for reservation purposes. Any request to change the EDD month after payment will be treated as a new application and is subject to spot availability.

2. Payment Window

• To qualify for this 40% discount, full payment must be completed between July 1 – July 14, 2026. Late payments will not be honored.

3. Non-Transferable & Non-Refundable

• This package is strictly non-transferable (for the client's personal use only) and non-refundable upon payment confirmation. Please confirm your schedule before booking.

4. Delivery Zones & Address Confirmation

• This offer is valid only for delivery addresses within our designated service zones. Please confirm your address with our consultant before payment. We reserve the right to cancel the order if the address falls outside our coverage area.

5. Dietary Restrictions Declaration

• Any food allergies, aversions, or specific dietary requirements must be communicated to us in writing at least 7 days prior to the start date. We cannot accommodate last-minute change requests after meal preparation begins.

6. No Stacking with Other Promotions

• This 40% off promotion cannot be combined with any other discounts, vouchers, loyalty points, or membership privileges.

7. Delivery Window & Receiving Policy

• Delivery times are approximate and may vary due to traffic or weather conditions. Clients must ensure someone is available to receive the meal at the delivery location. We are not responsible for meal spoilage or loss caused by missed deliveries or failure to refrigerate promptly upon receipt.

8. Menu Variation Clause

• Our menus are designed by nutritionists based on seasonal ingredients. We reserve the right to substitute specific dishes with equivalent nutritional value without prior notice, should certain ingredients become temporarily unavailable.

9. Order Cancellation by Company

• We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund if we are unable to fulfill the service due to unforeseen operational circumstances (e.g., government restrictions, natural disasters). This is the only circumstance under which a refund will be granted.

10. Acknowledgment

• By completing the payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to all the terms and conditions stated above. Pure Pantry & Care reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice.
